DELIVERY

1.1. All goods should be paid in full when booking your delivery date. Delivery dates and lead times are given in good faith and may be subject to change.

1.2. Any access issues regarding your property must be reported to us when delivery is arranged in store or when you are booking your delivery.

1.3 On the morning of delivery the dispatch team will give you a courtesy call with an approx. delivery time.

1.4. Our Europa delivery drivers are not permitted/insured to take goods into your property. If under any circumstances, you allow the delivery driver to enter your premises, this is done at the driver’s discretion. We do not accept any liability for damages caused to your property inside or outside.

1.5 All deliveries are door step drop. A person 18+ must be present to sign for the delivery.

1.6 When your delivery arrives, our drivers will check all goods off and cross check these against your delivery note. They will also open fragile products like mirrors and steel baths for you to inspect and sign off.

1.7 You have 3 days to check the remainder of your bathroom goods. We recommend that all goods are checked prior to removal of your existing bathroom as the seller will not be held responsible for non-use of facilities.

1.8. On some occasion’s delivery charges may be higher than initially agreed. This can be due to the weight of the goods, location, distance from the dispatching warehouse or when customers wish to split deliveries. In such cases customers will be required to pay any additional charges prior to goods being dispatched.

1.9. Upon delivery, should any packaging show signs of damage this should be recorded on the delivery note before signing for the goods.

1.10. A repeat delivery charge will apply if no one is present to accept delivery or if access issues which have not been reported prior to delivery prevent access.

1.11. Customers collecting goods from our Europa holding warehouse should have a pick up time and all goods must be paid for prior to pick up. They should check no items are missing from the order before leaving our premises and whoever collects the items must present a copy of the order acknowledgement.

1.12 Please note we advise against booking a plumber or installer until all of your goods have arrived in perfect condition.

1.13 Parcel deliveries are fulfilled by DPD Monday-Sunday.

1.14 3rd party palletised deliveries can be arranged for you that don’t use Europa transport / drivers. These goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. It is strongly recommended that at least two able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside. Any deliveries that are fulfilled by a 3rd party courier will be a kerb side delivery. A day for delivery will be booked in prior to a delivery being made.

PAYMENT

2.1 The showroom will give you an itemised receipt of the goods you have purchased.

2.2 Please check that all details on the receipt are correct. Please keep the receipt along with this document in a safe place as you will need the showroom order reference (this begins with a V or C) when speaking to our head office regarding your sale.

2.3 When your bathroom goods have been collated together, our head office will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date and take final payment.

2.4 If you are looking to obtain a status update on your order, please call head office on 01506 206 100 and the team will happily help. Please ensure you have your account/order number ready.

2.5 Cheques can take up to 14 days to clear and only once the cheque has cleared, can delivery/collection be booked.

2.6 If a deposit has been paid over the phone, then the balance must be paid by the same credit card, either in person in store or by faster payment direct to our bank account. Please phone 01506 206 100 for bank account details. We do not accept AMEX.

2.7 Cash payments must be paid prior to booking in delivery and must be paid to the showroom.

2.8 Payment by bank transfer can take up to 2 working days.

EX-DISPLAY & CLEARANCE STOCK

3.1 All ex-display and clearance stock products are sold as seen. At the time of sale, the purchaser must check the product to ensure satisfaction. We strongly recommend that you view the product in person, however images can be sent on request. 

3.2 No warranty or guarantees, including that of the manufacturer, are included with the purchase of any ex-display or clearance stock products. Electrics within mirrors cannot be guaranteed. 

3.3 Ex-display or clearance stock products purchased may incur a re-packing charge. 

3.4 Ex-display or clearance stock products must be uplifted or booked in for delivery within 7 days of purchase. Delivery charges apply. 

3.5 Products can be viewed in our Europa Distribution ex-display and clearance stock areas. 

3.6 Once the payment has been made on ex-display or clearance goods the items cannot be cancelled.

3.7 Any ex-display or clearance stock purchased must be paid for in full at point of sale. We accept card, cash, or contactless payment (no AMEX).

3.8 Ex-display shower enclosures / screens must be taken down by the buyer (either by themselves or by their installer) and taken away on the same day as dismantling.
